In short

KanchanFlow is an RFQ-to-Order CRM built and operated by Soor LLC, a Delaware, USA company founded in 2026. We build the sales half of manufacturing — RFQ intake, quoting, revisions and order handoff — and deliberately never the production half.

Why we exist

Why an RFQ-to-Order CRM and not another ERP bolt-on

Walk into a job shop with a good ERP and ask where work gets lost. Nobody says scheduling. They say the RFQ that sat in a shared inbox over a long weekend. They say the quote that went out on Tuesday and never got followed up. They say the argument with a buyer about what Rev 2 said, settled eventually by scrolling through sent mail on somebody's phone.

All of that happens before there is an order — which is exactly the region an ERP was never designed for. An ERP starts existing when a job does. Everything upstream is a shared inbox, a spreadsheet, a folder of PDFs and one person's memory.

The obvious answer is to bolt a sales module onto the ERP, and the industry has tried it for twenty years. It usually produces a module that is worse than a CRM at following up and worse than the ERP at everything else, and which needs an ERP consultant to change a quote template. The other obvious answer is a general-purpose CRM, which has no idea what a quantity break is, no concept of a quote revision, no cost buildup, and a data model built around a single deal amount rather than forty priced line items.

So we built the missing thing. A CRM that understands an RFQ has line items, that a quote has revisions and those revisions matter legally, that price depends on a cost buildup and not on a salesperson's optimism, and that the last step is not a closed-won flag but a purchase order matched against a signed revision and pushed into production.

And then we stopped. Deliberately, at the boundary where production starts. Not because scheduling is unimportant, but because you already have something running the floor, and the useful thing we can do is hand it a clean confirmed order instead of competing with it badly.

Who it is for

The shops we built this for

A good fit

  • Job shops and machine shops quoting custom or repeat parts, three to a hundred people
  • Contract manufacturers with estimators separate from inside sales
  • Fabricators quoting weldments, plate and structural work off drawings
  • Engineer-to-order builders where every quote is a small engineering exercise
  • Manufacturers selling through dealers, reps or a distributor channel
  • USA manufacturers with India operations, India-based contract customers or export exposure to India

Not a fit, and we will say so

We are not built for enterprise multi-plant OEMs on SAP or Oracle, process manufacturers on recipe-based batching, distributors who need a warehouse management system, or shops requiring HIPAA / FDA validation. If that is you, Salesforce Manufacturing Cloud, NetSuite, or Global Shop Solutions is a better fit.

We would rather turn down a sale on the demo call than take a subscription from a shop that will spend six months discovering we were the wrong purchase. It is not generosity; a churned customer costs more than a declined one.

Anti-position

What KanchanFlow is not

What this is not

We are not built for enterprise multi-plant OEMs on SAP or Oracle, process manufacturers on recipe-based batching, distributors who need a warehouse management system, or shops requiring HIPAA / FDA validation. If that is you, Salesforce Manufacturing Cloud, NetSuite, or Global Shop Solutions is a better fit.

What this is not

This is not an ERP, MRP, CAD, BOM, or advanced CPQ system — it manages customer RFQs, quotes, follow-ups, and order handoff.

Both of those statements are on our pricing page as well, in the same words. Scope discipline is the entire reason this product can be good at what it does, so we would rather over-state the boundary than let a buyer discover it after the invoice.

Trust ladder

Everything here is something you can check without asking us

A named legal entity at a real address, an audited security posture, a feature list where every line says whether it is live or building, connector pages that print the date a person last tested them, a changelog on every deploy and a roadmap that carries no invented dates. None of it requires you to take our word for anything.

Case studies land the way they should: the shop, what they make, what their RFQ volume was before and after, and the specific thing that changed — named, with the customer’s written approval and their own numbers. An anonymous testimonial is worth nothing and everybody in this industry knows it.

That is what the list on the right is, and it is why the Trust Center is its own page rather than a paragraph in a footer.

  • A named legal entity with a real address — Soor LLC, 16192 Coastal Hwy, Lewes, DE 19958, USA, registered in Delaware, USA, founded 2026. You can look us up
  • An independently audited security posture — SOC 2 Type II, with the report available to Enterprise customers under NDA
  • A published feature truth audit — every advertised feature carries a live, beta, building or planned badge, checked against the code quarterly
  • An open changelog and a public roadmap — what shipped, when, and what is next — including the things that slipped
  • Integration pages with visible last-tested dates — a connector that has not been re-tested this quarter says so on its own page
  • Published pricing with every ceiling written down — including the ones that are inconvenient for us to admit to
