Cookie policy

In short
KanchanFlow, the RFQ-to-Order CRM for job shops, uses three cookie categories on this website: strictly necessary cookies that make it work, Google Analytics 4 for audience measurement, and Microsoft Clarity for product analytics. There are no advertising or cross-site tracking cookies, and both analytics categories can be declined.
This is our published policy. It is not legal advice, and it does not replace a signed agreement — for a negotiated MSA or DPA, contact [email protected].
In plain English
Three kinds of cookie. The first keeps the site working — your theme choice, your session, basic security — and cannot be switched off. The second and third measure how the site is used so we can fix the pages people get stuck on. You can decline both, and nothing on the site stops working if you do. We run no advertising cookies at all.
1. What a cookie is here
A cookie is a small file a website stores in your browser. We also use closely related browser storage — local storage and session storage — for the same purposes, and we treat it under the same rules. Everything below covers both.
2. The three categories
Strictly necessary. These make the site function and cannot be turned off. They remember your light or dark theme choice, keep you signed in to a workspace, protect forms against cross-site request forgery and support basic load balancing. No consent is required for these because the site cannot be delivered without them.
Analytics — Google Analytics 4. Aggregate audience measurement: which pages are read, how visitors arrive, roughly where they are in the world, and which journeys end without reaching what they were looking for. IP addresses are anonymised. We use this to decide what to write and what to fix, not to identify individuals.
Product analytics — Microsoft Clarity. Anonymised interaction analytics: clicks, scroll depth, rage-clicks and dead-clicks, aggregated into heatmaps and session patterns. Input fields are masked, so what you type into a form is not captured. This is how we find a pricing table that nobody scrolls or a form field everyone abandons.
| Category | Provider | Purpose | Typical lifetime |
|---|---|---|---|
| Strictly necessary | Soor LLC (first party) | Session, security, theme preference | Session to 12 months |
| Analytics | Google Analytics 4 | Audience and page measurement | Up to 24 months |
| Product analytics | Microsoft Clarity | Heatmaps and interaction patterns, inputs masked | Up to 12 months |
| Advertising | None | We run no advertising or retargeting cookies | — |
3. How to opt out
On this site. Decline analytics in the cookie banner when it appears, or change your choice at any time from the cookie settings link in the footer. Declining stops both the analytics and the product analytics categories from loading. The strictly necessary category remains, because without it the site does not work.
In your browser. Every major browser can block or delete cookies for a site, and clearing site data removes the analytics identifiers immediately. Browser-level Global Privacy Control signals are honoured where your browser sends them.
At the provider. Google publishes a browser opt-out add-on for Google Analytics that works across every site using it. Microsoft publishes an opt-out for Clarity on its own privacy site.
Declining analytics has no effect on pricing, on the free RFQ Analyzer, on a trial, or on anything else you can do here. We would rather have accurate data from the people who are comfortable giving it than a full dataset gathered by making the refusal inconvenient.
4. Inside the product
A signed-in KanchanFlow workspace uses strictly necessary cookies for session and security, plus product analytics to understand which features are used and where people get stuck. It carries no advertising cookies. Enterprise customers can request that product analytics be disabled for their workspace as part of the contract.
5. Changes and contact
If we add or remove a provider, this page is updated before the change goes live and the last-updated date moves. Questions: [email protected], or Soor LLC, 16192 Coastal Hwy, Lewes, DE 19958, USA. What we do with the data these cookies produce is described in the privacy policy. This policy is governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, USA.
Cookie questions
No. There are no advertising, retargeting or cross-site tracking cookies on this website, and no data-broker enrichment behind them. If that changes, this page changes first and the last-updated date moves.
