See a live quote draft built from your own RFQ

Thirty minutes. You bring one real RFQ, redacted if you prefer. We build the quote in front of you, change it, and show you the revision diff. No slide deck.

Diagram titled "What a demo covers", showing the seven RFQ-to-order stages from enquiry intake through to accepted order.

In short

A KanchanFlow demo is a working session, not a presentation. In thirty minutes we take one of your real RFQs into the RFQ-to-Order CRM, build the cost buildup and the quote document live, and show the revision diff — then tell you plainly whether your shop is a fit.

What happens in the 30 minutes

  1. STEP 01

Minutes 0–5 — your shop, not our slides

What you make, how RFQs reach you, how many you quote a week, and who touches a quote before it goes out. If you tell us nothing else, tell us where quotes currently get stuck.

  2. STEP 02

Minutes 5–20 — we build your quote

You hand us one real RFQ. We put it through intake, extract the parts and quantities, route it, build the cost buildup with your own material and labour numbers, and produce the quote document on screen.

  3. STEP 03

Minutes 20–27 — the revision and the argument

We change something — a quantity, a material, a lead time — make it Rev 1, and show you the diff. This is the part shop owners actually care about, so we always leave time for it.

  4. STEP 04

    Minutes 27–30 — a straight answer

Whether this fits your shop, what it would cost at your seat count, what is live today versus building, and what the first two weeks would look like. If we think you should not buy, that is when we say it.

Book the session

We reply within one US business day with two or three time options. US business hours (EST) first, India off-hours secondary.

We use this to schedule the call and nothing else. See our privacy policy. Prefer email? Write to [email protected] or call +1-607-318-2126.

Who should attend

Two people, one call

The owner

You are the one who decides, and the questions that matter — what it costs at your seat count, what happens to your data, what is genuinely live today — are yours to ask. You will also be the person who notices the revenue leakage numbers first.

One estimator

The estimator will know inside five minutes whether the cost buildup matches how your shop really prices work, and will ask the awkward question about outside services or scrap allowance that the demo needs. Buying quoting software without your estimator in the room is how it ends up unused.

Bring this

What to have ready

  • One real RFQ — an email with a PDF attached is perfect, redacted if you prefer
  • Rough shop rates: a machine-hour rate, a labour rate and your overhead percentage
  • Your margin floor, or the number you wish estimators would not go below
  • One outside service you regularly buy in — plating, heat treat, anodising
  • The name of whatever you use today: a spreadsheet, an ERP, a shared inbox

You do not need

  • A cleaned-up customer list
  • Your ERP credentials or an IT person
  • A procurement process or a signed NDA to see the product
  • Anything from your accountant

Bad fit

What we will tell you if this is not for you

We are not built for enterprise multi-plant OEMs on SAP or Oracle, process manufacturers on recipe-based batching, distributors who need a warehouse management system, or shops requiring HIPAA / FDA validation. If that is you, Salesforce Manufacturing Cloud, NetSuite, or Global Shop Solutions is a better fit.

We would also tell you to wait if you quote fewer than five jobs a month, if your real problem is scheduling the floor rather than winning the work, or if nobody at your shop has time to own the rollout for two weeks. None of those are failures of your business — they just mean this is the wrong month to buy this.

Demo questions

It helps but it is not required. Sending one ahead means we can spend the whole thirty minutes on the workflow instead of on data entry. If you would rather not send anything in advance, paste one on the call — the intake step is the same either way.
