Roadmap
Four buckets: what we released, what is in beta, what is coming next quarter, and what we are considering. The last of those carries no dates.
In short
The KanchanFlow roadmap splits work on our RFQ-to-Order CRM into four buckets — released, in beta, coming soon and under consideration. We publish one quarter out as a commitment, and the under-consideration bucket carries no dates at all, because we do not yet know whether those items will be built.
We publish one quarter out. Anything further is direction, not a commitment.

Built far enough to be used and tested with customers, not far enough to be called live. Progress figures are on each feature page.
Customer 360 with plants and stakeholder mapping
Approximately 60% complete and in customer testing. Wave 1 Milestone 4.
Read the detailDealer 360 with AI reorder prediction
Approximately 50% complete and in customer testing. Wave 1 Milestone 5.
Read the detailDrawing revision management with AI spec extraction
Approximately 40% complete. Extraction accuracy still being tuned against real prints.
Read the detailComing soon
In development against a published Wave 1 milestone. This is the only bucket where we are willing to imply timing, and even here the milestone is the commitment, not a calendar date.
RFQ as a first-class object
Wave 1 Milestone 2. The record every other RFQ feature is built on.

Wave 1 Milestone 2. Specified and scheduled; no development work started yet.

Wave 1 Milestone 3. Included on every tier, like every India regulatory feature.

Wave 1 Milestone 4. Both depend on the approval engine landing first.
Read the detailUnder consideration
Direction, not commitment. Nothing in this bucket has a date, a quarter or a half — because we do not know, and a made-up quarter is worse than an honest blank.
AI drawing OCR for GD&T and tolerances
Partner exploration. Not built, not scheduled, and we are not certain the accuracy bar can be met.
Read the detailEmbedded CAD viewer for STEP, IGES and DWG
Not built. Files attach and download today; in-browser viewing does not exist.
Read the detailPPAP for automotive tier suppliers
Not built. We would track and package a submission, never author the engineering documents in it.
Read the detailUSMCA origin tracking with generated certificates
Not built. The work starts with tariff classification, which we have not scoped.
Read the detailBuy America content-percentage calculator
Not built. Thresholds move, so any implementation would have to be configurable rather than fixed.
Read the detailMulti-company and multi-plant
Not built. A workspace is one operating entity today, and several Enterprise matrix rows depend on this changing.
Read the detailSSO — SAML, Okta, Azure AD, Google Workspace
Not built. Authentication today is email and password with multi-factor available.
Read the detailOn-premise deployment
Not a shipping option at any price. Enterprise scoping conversation only.

What moves an item between buckets
Customer pull, not internal opinion
The thing that moves an item up is several shops describing the same blocked workflow. Internal enthusiasm moves nothing, and we have been wrong often enough to know it.
Dependencies come first
The RFQ record has to exist before multi-item RFQ headers, technical routing and the leakage dashboard can be built on it. Ordering is why some obvious things sit behind less obvious ones.
Slippage is published, not edited away
When a milestone slips we change the feature page and say so in the monthly update. Quietly moving a date is how roadmaps stop being worth reading.
Things get removed
An item can leave the under-consideration bucket without ever being built. When that happens we say why on the feature page rather than deleting it and hoping nobody noticed.
Nothing ships without a changelog entry
A feature moves to live on the same day it appears in the changelog with a date and a tag. There is no window where something is quietly available but undocumented.
Certifications are never a roadmap item
We will not put ISO 27001, AS9100 or CMMC certification on a roadmap. ISO 27001 is Wave 3 and unaudited; AS9100 and CMMC certification are never — we are the CRM, not the certifier.
Questions about this roadmap
Because we do not know when, or whether, we will build them. A quarter attached to a thing nobody has started is a guess dressed as a plan, and you would reasonably hold us to it.
