Dealer 360 with AI reorder prediction

A dealer who normally orders every six weeks has not ordered in eleven. Somebody should be calling them today, and this is the screen that says so.

In short

Dealer 360 brings each channel partner's ordering pattern, outstanding balance, portal activity and health into one view in the KanchanFlow RFQ-to-Order CRM, with an AI agent predicting when a reorder is due. It is roughly 50 percent complete, targeted at Wave 1 Milestone 5, and it builds on the live channel partner records.

What it is

Channel revenue does not usually fall off a cliff. A dealer quietly stretches from six weeks to nine to fourteen, and by the time the drop is visible in the quarter they have been buying from somebody else for three months. The signal was in the ordering pattern the whole time, and nobody was reading it.

Dealer 360 makes that pattern visible and adds an agent that predicts the expected reorder date from the partner's own history. When a dealer goes materially past their normal interval they surface for a call. The Dealer Health Agent scores each partner on ordering consistency, payment behaviour and engagement, with the components shown rather than hidden.

Capabilities

What it does

Ordering pattern on one view

Order frequency, average value, product mix and trend for each partner, so a stretching interval is visible as a shape rather than as a number in a report nobody opens.

AI reorder prediction

The Reorder Agent predicts the expected next order date from the partner's history at a published one credit per prediction. Partners past their expected date surface for a call.

Dealer health scoring

The Dealer Health Agent scans ordering consistency, payment behaviour and portal engagement at one credit per scan, and flags partners whose behaviour has changed.

Outstanding balance and credit position

What the partner owes, what is overdue and how close they are to their credit limit, next to their ordering history rather than in the finance system.

Portal activity

Whether the partner is actually using the ordering portal, and which of their contacts are active. A partner who stopped logging in stopped for a reason.

Step by step

How it works

The order these steps happen in matters more than the feature list above it.

  1. 1

    History accumulates on the partner

Orders through the portal and through your desk both land on the dealer record, which is what the prediction and health scoring read.

  2. 2

    The Reorder Agent predicts

From the partner's own ordering history the agent produces an expected next order date, at one AI credit per prediction.

  3. 3

    Overdue partners surface

Partners materially past their expected reorder date appear on the dealer manager's home screen with their pattern and their last conversation.

  4. 4

    Health is scored

The Dealer Health Agent combines ordering consistency, payment behaviour and engagement into a score with the components visible, not a black-box number.

  5. 5

    Somebody calls

The output is a call list, not a dashboard. Call or message from the record and the conversation logs against the partner automatically.

What this is not

This is not sell-through or dealer inventory visibility — we predict from the orders they place with you, not from their own stock and retail sales data.

This is not an ERP, MRP, CAD, BOM, or advanced CPQ system — it manages customer RFQs, quotes, follow-ups, and order handoff.
