Guardrails
What we never charge for
These three are locked. They are not a launch promotion and they do not move at renewal.
- Unlimited RFQ line items — a 400-line RFQ costs exactly what a 4-line one costs, on Starter as much as on Enterprise
- Unlimited revision history — Rev 0 through Rev 12 stays complete and diffable forever, on every tier, with no retention window
- Every India compliance feature — GST, GSTIN validation, HSN, e-Invoice IRN and the MSMED 43B(h) tracker are included on all three tiers, never sold as an add-on
The reasoning is simple. Revision history and line items are your record of what you agreed to sell and at what price — metering them is metering your own data back to you. And the India regulatory suite is a legal obligation for the shops it applies to, not a premium feature.

What this is not
This is not an ERP, MRP, CAD, BOM, or advanced CPQ system — it manages customer RFQs, quotes, follow-ups, and order handoff.
If your problem is scheduling the floor, running MRP, or managing engineering BOM revisions, we are the wrong purchase and we would rather you knew now. If your problem is that RFQs sit unanswered, quotes go out without follow-up and nobody can prove what Rev 2 said, that is the whole reason this exists.
Ceilings
We warn at 80% and block at 100%
We warn in-app at 80% of any tier ceiling and hard-block at 100%. We never silently bill you into an overage you did not choose.
80% — soft warning
An in-app banner names the exact ceiling you are approaching — seats, storage, AI credits, WhatsApp messages, API calls — and what it would cost to extend it.
100% — hard block
The metered action stops until you extend the ceiling or the month rolls over. It does not quietly continue and appear on an invoice you did not agree to.
Extend one dimension, not the whole tier
Most ceilings have an add-on, so one extra WhatsApp number or 10 GB of storage does not force a tier jump. See the add-on catalog.

Yes — Starter and Professional have a 3-user minimum, Enterprise a 5-user minimum. We kept it deliberately simple: no bundled 'platform packs', no forced 10-seat floor.
