Accessibility statement

Last updated 2026-09-01. Published by Soor LLC, 16192 Coastal Hwy, Lewes, DE 19958, USA.

Diagram titled "Accessibility commitments", showing the seven RFQ-to-order stages from enquiry intake through to accepted order.

In short

Soor LLC targets WCAG 2.2 Level AA for the KanchanFlow website and for the RFQ-to-Order CRM itself. This statement sets out what we have built to that standard, the specific gaps we know we have not closed yet, and the contact route for reporting a barrier you hit.

This is our published policy. It is not legal advice, and it does not replace a signed agreement — for a negotiated MSA or DPA, contact [email protected].

In plain English

We are aiming at WCAG 2.2 AA and we are not fully there. The site works with a keyboard, works with a screen reader, respects your text size and your reduced-motion setting, and meets AA contrast. Five things are still short of the target and they are listed below by name rather than hidden behind a general disclaimer. If something blocks you, tell us and we will fix it or find you another way through.

Our target

WCAG 2.2 Level AA, applied to kanchanflow.com and to the KanchanFlow product. We treat that as an ongoing obligation rather than a certificate: new pages are built to it, and existing pages are audited when we touch them.

We test with keyboard-only navigation, with VoiceOver on macOS and iOS, with NVDA on Windows, at 200% browser zoom, and with automated checks in the build. Automated checks catch perhaps a third of real problems, so manual keyboard and screen-reader passes are the part that actually matters.

What is in place

  • A skip-to-content link as the first focusable element on every page
  • Full keyboard operation, with a visible focus ring that is not removed anywhere
  • Semantic headings in order, landmark regions, and tables with real header cells and scope
  • Text and interface contrast meeting AA in both the light and dark themes
  • Text that reflows at 200% zoom and up to 400% without horizontal scrolling of the page body
  • Form fields with persistent visible labels, not placeholder-only labels, and errors described in text
  • Motion that respects prefers-reduced-motion, and no content that flashes
  • Alternative text on meaningful images, and decorative graphics hidden from assistive technology
  • Wide tables placed in their own scrollable region so the page itself never scrolls sideways

Known gaps

These are the barriers we know about today. Publishing them is more useful than a blanket claim of conformance, and it means you can judge whether any of them affects you before you buy.

Reviewed each quarter alongside the feature truth audit.
AreaThe gapStatus
Data tables on the tier comparisonWide comparison tables scroll horizontally on small screens; the sticky header can obscure the first row on some mobile browsersFix targeted this quarter
Charts and dashboard figuresSome in-product charts convey trend by colour and shape but do not yet expose an equivalent data table to screen readersText alternatives being added chart by chart
PDF outputGenerated quote and quote-draft PDFs are not yet tagged for screen readersTagged PDF output is planned, no date committed
Third-party embedsWhere an embedded provider component appears, we do not control its markup and cannot guarantee AA conformanceReviewed at each vendor change
Mobile app gesturesA small number of shop-floor actions rely on a swipe with no equivalent buttonButton equivalents being added

Report a barrier

If any part of this website or the product stops you doing something, tell us. Email [email protected] with the page or screen, what you were trying to do, and the assistive technology and browser you were using. You can also call +1-607-318-2126 during US business hours (EST) first, India off-hours secondary, or write to Soor LLC, 16192 Coastal Hwy, Lewes, DE 19958, USA.

We acknowledge accessibility reports within two US business days and will tell you either when the fix is scheduled or what the alternative route is in the meantime. If we cannot fix something quickly, we will say so plainly rather than leave the report open without an answer. Where an accessible alternative exists — a keyboard equivalent, a data export instead of a chart — support will walk you through it on the same reply.

Assessment approach and scope

This statement is based on our own evaluation, combining automated testing in the build pipeline with manual keyboard and screen-reader review. It has not been certified by an external auditor. It covers kanchanflow.com and the KanchanFlow web product; content supplied by third-party providers, and documents generated from your own data such as quote PDFs, are covered only to the extent noted in the gaps table.

This statement is reviewed at least quarterly and whenever a significant part of the interface changes. It is published by Soor LLC, a Delaware, USA company, and is governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, USA. Related documents: terms of service and privacy policy.
