Find an approved KanchanFlow implementation partner
Filterable by partner type, tier, geography, ERP specialization and industry vertical. Every listing is a firm that signed an agreement and approved its own entry in writing.
In short
This is the public directory of approved KanchanFlow partners — the consultancies, ERP resellers and industry channels certified to implement our RFQ-to-Order CRM. The directory is live and currently lists zero firms, because the partner program opened with our Wave 1 launch and no agreements are signed yet.

Filters are disabled until there is something to filter. They are shown now so the shape of a listing is public before the first one exists.
No partners listed yet
The directory is live and it is empty. The partner program opened alongside our Wave 1 launch, applications are open, and no firm has completed an agreement yet. That is the whole explanation.
We could fill this page in an afternoon with plausible-looking consultancy names, the way a lot of early-stage software companies do. We are not going to. A directory listing is a public claim about a real firm — its name, its logo, its tier, the territory it covers, the ERPs it knows. We will not publish any of that without the firm's written approval of the exact wording, and we will not publish a tier badge the firm has not actually earned against the requirements on the program page.
So this page will stay at zero until it is honestly at one. When the first listing appears you will be able to tell it is real, which is the only thing a directory is for.
Looking for implementation help right now? Contact us and we will do the onboarding ourselves — Professional includes two 60-minute onboarding calls and Enterprise includes a dedicated CSM, so a shop is not blocked waiting for a channel to exist.
Listing schema
Exactly what a listing will show
Published now so it is settled before the first partner is on it. Every field below is either approved in writing by the partner, verified by us, or self-declared and spot-checked — and the table says which.
| Field | What it contains | How it is approved |
|---|---|---|
| Partner name | Legal or trading name as it appears on the signed partner agreement. | Written approval required |
| Logo | Displayed at a fixed height on a neutral background. | Written approval required |
| Tier badge | Registered, Silver, Gold or Platinum — set by us from verified performance, never self-selected. | Set by Soor LLC |
| Geographic coverage | Countries, and US states or regions where the firm delivers on site. | Written approval required |
| ERP specializations | Epicor, NetSuite, Dynamics 365 BC, Infor, Acumatica, Syspro, SAP Business One, Odoo, or none. | Self-declared, spot-checked |
| Industry verticals | Job shop, machine shop, contract manufacturing, fabrication, custom/ETO, distribution. | Self-declared, spot-checked |
| Certified consultants | Count of currently certified individuals on staff, from the certification register. | Verified by us |
| Published case studies | Links to case studies where the named customer approved the text and the numbers. | Customer approval required |
| Contact button | Routes an enquiry to the partner and copies our partner team. | Partner-supplied address |
What written approval means here
Before a listing goes live the partner receives the rendered card — name, logo at final size, tier badge, coverage string, specializations, verticals, case study links — and approves it by email from a domain address. Any later change to the name, logo, tier or geography goes through the same loop. A partner can request removal at any time and we take the listing down within one business day.
What we verify ourselves
Tier badge and certified-consultant count come from our own records, not from the partner's claim: referred paying customers from the billing system, certifications from the certification register, case studies from the customer-approved published set. ERP specializations and verticals are self-declared and spot-checked, and a specialization we cannot substantiate comes off the listing.
Tier badges
What each badge on a listing means
A tier badge is a statement about verified performance, not about how long a firm has been a partner or how much it spends with us.

Only Platinum carries exclusive geographic territory, and only under a signed contract that names the territory. If a listing shows Silver or Gold and the firm tells you it holds an exclusive for your state, that claim is wrong and we would like to know about it.
Choosing a partner
How to use this directory when it has entries
A short, unglamorous checklist. It is the one we would use ourselves.
- Match the vertical before the tier — A Registered partner who has implemented four machine shops is a better fit for your machine shop than a Platinum firm whose work is all distribution.
- Check the ERP specialization against yours — If the order handoff has to land in Epicor or Acumatica, the partner who has wired that boundary before will save you a fortnight.
- Read the case studies, not the badge — Every published case study on a listing has customer approval and quantified before-and-after numbers. That is more informative than a tier.
- Ask about on-site coverage explicitly — Geographic coverage is where a firm delivers on site. Remote delivery is fine for many shops, but decide that deliberately rather than by accident.
What a partner is not
A directory listing is not an endorsement by Soor LLC of the firm's work, and certification is not a warranty of outcomes. A certified consultant has passed our exam and delivered a sandbox project to a published rubric — that is a statement about product knowledge and nothing more.
You are still hiring a consultancy. Take references, agree a scope, and hold them to the same standard you would hold any other supplier to. If an engagement goes wrong, email [email protected] — we would rather hear it from you than from a churn note.
And if you would rather not use a partner at all, you do not have to. Onboarding is included on Professional and Enterprise, and Starter ships with self-serve documentation and video.
Partner types you will see here
Three kinds of firm, three kinds of engagement
Implementation partners
Manufacturing-specialist consultancies and independent ERP implementers.
Typical engagement is a 4-to-6 week implementation billed at your own day rate, plus the recurring referral share on the subscription for as long as the customer stays.
ERP resellers
Existing Epicor, NetSuite, Dynamics 365 Business Central, Infor, Acumatica, Syspro, SAP Business One and Odoo resellers.
Land on the existing account at $39–$49 per user per month with a 3-user minimum, then expand seat count as inside sales and dealer management move onto the platform.
Industry channel partners
Trade associations such as NAM and AMT, US MEP centers, industrial distributors and marketplace channels.
Referral share on the subscription, or a flat channel arrangement where a revenue share is not appropriate for your organization type.
Directory questions
Because we have no approved partners yet. The program opened with the Wave 1 launch and no firm has completed an agreement. Filling this page with plausible-looking consultancies would be fabricating a reference, so the page stays empty until it is not.
