Where this actually stands
Manufacturers shipping between the United States, Mexico and Canada can claim preferential tariff treatment under USMCA if the goods meet the rules of origin, and the certification is a producer statement with real consequences if it is wrong. Most shops handle it with a template document and an anxious conversation with a customs broker.
The intent would be to carry origin data on the part — material origin, processing performed, regional value content — and produce the certification from that record rather than from a re-typed template. We have built none of it, and until we do this page exists to say so. Publishing an empty page beats publishing a page that implies a capability.

Blanket and shipment certifications
Both patterns are used in practice — a blanket period certification and a per-shipment one — and both would need supporting.
Traceability to the evidence
A certification is a statement you sign. It should point at the material origin records and processing evidence that support it, which is the CRM's contribution.
Enterprise scope
If built, it would sit with ITAR, PPAP and Buy America as an Enterprise compliance module, matching the current tiering of that group.
Why it is not built yet
Rules of origin vary by tariff classification, so the work starts with classification rather than with a certificate template. That is a larger piece of scope than the certificate itself, and we have not done it.
