Sign in to the KanchanFlow partner portal
Deal registration, commission tracking, collateral, technical resources, certification progress and the partner roadmap. Approved partners only.
In short
The KanchanFlow partner portal is the signed-in workspace for approved partners of our RFQ-to-Order CRM for job shops and contract manufacturers. It carries deal registration with 30-day validity, referral commission tracking and payout history, sales collateral, technical resources, certification progress and, from Silver upward, partner roadmap access. Access is free to every approved partner.
Partner sign in
Logins are issued per named person rather than per firm, because deal registration and certification progress are attributed to individuals. Your firm can nominate as many named consultants as it employs. To move a seat when someone leaves, email [email protected] from a domain address.
What is behind the login
Eight things, and none of them is a newsletter archive. This is the working surface a partner uses week to week.
Deal registration
Register an opportunity by company name and domain. First registered, first served, 30-day validity, visible expiry countdown, one-click extension request with a progress note. Our own sales team sees and respects an active registration.
Referral commission tracking
Every referred subscription with its tier, seat count, year-one and renewal rate, amount accrued, amount paid and the payout date. Payouts are monthly in arrears once a customer's invoice is settled. Nothing is estimated — the number you see is the number that was invoiced.
Sales collateral library
Partner deck, pricing one-pager, the anti-position sheet that tells a prospect what we do not do, RFQ and quoting battlecards, objection handling for the ERP-overlap conversation, and editable proposal sections.
Technical resources
REST API reference, MCP server SDK and sample servers, webhook catalog, the maintained Postman collection, integration guides for the accounting connectors, and a sandbox workspace that is never shared with a customer tenant.
Priority support queue
A partner-only queue for implementation blockers, separate from end-customer support, so a stuck go-live does not sit behind routine tickets.
Training and certification progress
Course progress per consultant, exam attempts and results, sandbox project review status, certificate downloads, and renewal dates with a 60-day warning.
Roadmap access
The partner view of the roadmap, including items not yet on the public page, with the same LIVE / BETA / BUILDING / PLANNED labels we use in public. Under the partner agreement's confidentiality terms.
Co-marketing request form
Request a joint webinar, a case study production slot, or a trade-show booth co-op against your allocated co-marketing budget, with the budget balance shown.
Deal registration
First registered, first served, thirty days
Channel conflict is the reason most partner programs quietly stop working. These are the rules we run, including the one that binds our own sales team.
| Rule | Position | Why it works that way |
|---|---|---|
| Who can register | Any approved partner, from Registered upward | Registration is per named person, not per firm inbox. |
| What identifies a deal | Company legal name plus website domain | Domain matching is what prevents two spellings of the same manufacturer being registered twice. |
| Priority rule | First registered, first served | Timestamped at submission. Ties do not happen; the earlier timestamp wins. |
| Validity | 30 days from approval | A visible countdown sits on the registration card in the portal. |
| Extension | One click, with a progress note | Approved where there is real movement — a meeting held, a quote issued, a security review opened. |
| Expiry | Reopens automatically | An expired registration frees the account for another partner or for our direct team. |
| Our own sales team | Sees and respects an active registration | Direct outbound into a registered account stops. This is the part of a channel promise that is usually quietly broken. |
| Disputes | Decided on the earlier timestamp | We will show both partners the timestamps. There is no discretionary override. |
Thirty days is deliberately short. A long validity window lets a partner sit on an account nobody is working, which is worse for the manufacturer than a competitive conversation. If the deal is genuinely moving, the extension takes one click and a sentence describing what happened.
Commissions
How the referral share is calculated and paid
Every number in the portal traces to an invoice. Nothing is modelled, projected or rounded in our favour.
| Item | Position | Detail |
|---|---|---|
| Basis | Subscription revenue only | Not add-ons billed at cost, not WhatsApp message pass-through, not your services fees — those are entirely yours. |
| Year-one rate | 15% / 20% / 25% / 30% | By tier: Registered, Silver, Gold, Platinum. |
| Renewal rate | 10% / 15% / 18% / 20% | Paid on every renewal for as long as the customer stays live and you remain a partner in good standing. |
| Payout cadence | Monthly in arrears | Released once the customer's invoice is settled, not when it is issued. |
| Traceability | Every accrual ties to an invoice | You can click from a payout line to the invoice that generated it. Nothing in the number is estimated. |
| Tier change | Applies to new revenue | Moving up a tier lifts the rate on subsequent billing periods; it does not retroactively re-rate history. |

Resources
What you can take into a customer meeting
The collateral library and the technical resources are the two things partners open most, so here is what is actually in them.
Sales collateral library
- Partner deck and a customer-facing product deck you can co-brand
- Pricing one-pager with the seat minimums and the annual discount stated plainly
- The anti-position sheet — what we do not do, in writing, for the first meeting
- RFQ and quoting battlecards, plus objection handling for the ERP-overlap conversation
- Editable proposal sections for scope, migration plan and go-live checklist
- Case studies, each with customer approval and quantified before-and-after numbers
Technical resources
- REST API reference with published rate limits per tier
- MCP server SDK and sample servers you can run locally
- Webhook catalog with payload examples for the order-handoff boundary
- Maintained Postman collection covering the endpoints an implementation uses
- Integration guides for Tally, Zoho Books, QuickBooks, Razorpay and Stripe
- A partner sandbox workspace, never mixed with a customer tenant
Sandbox access is granted at Registered, on approval, before your first deal closes — you should be able to build a demo configuration for your own vertical before you take the product into a customer meeting. The sandbox is a separate workspace with its own data, so nothing you experiment with can touch a live customer tenant.
Access by tier
What unlocks as you move up
Most of the portal is open at Registered. Three surfaces are gated, and the gates are on the tier ladder rather than on a negotiation.
| Portal surface | Available from | Note |
|---|---|---|
| Deal registration | All tiers | Open at Registered, on approval. |
| Referral commission tracking | All tiers | Open at Registered, on approval. |
| Sales collateral library | All tiers | Open at Registered, on approval. |
| Technical resources | All tiers | Open at Registered, on approval. |
| Priority support queue | Silver and above | Earned against the published tier requirements. |
| Training and certification progress | All tiers | Open at Registered, on approval. |
| Roadmap access | Silver and above | Earned against the published tier requirements. |
| Co-marketing request form | Gold and above | Earned against the published tier requirements. |
Applications are reviewed inside 5 US business days and every approved firm enters at Registered, which carries a directory listing, technical documentation, sandbox access and a 15% year-one / 10% renewal referral share. Everything above that is earned.
Partner portal questions
Every approved partner, from Registered upward, plus each named consultant your firm nominates. Logins are per person rather than shared, because deal registration and certification progress are attributed to individuals.
